Logging in with two-factor authentication (2FA)
After you've enabled two-factor authentication, logging in happens in two steps. In addition to your password, you enter a 6-digit code from your authenticator app. It only takes a few extra seconds.
Step-by-step login
- Enter your email address and password on the Ziber Team login page, as usual.
- Click Log in. A second screen appears asking for a verification code.
- Open your authenticator app on your phone. Find the Ziber Team entry and read the 6-digit code currently shown.
- Enter the 6-digit code on the verification screen.
- Click Verify. You're now logged in.
Good to know
- You enter a code each login session. There is currently no option to remember a device.
- Codes change every 30 seconds. If the code is about to expire, wait a moment for the next one — this avoids entering an expired code.
