Why is the login screen getting slower?

Notice that logging in takes longer and longer after a few failed attempts? That's not a malfunction — it's a security measure that protects your account.

What's happening

Ziber Team uses built-in delay protection. After 3 failed login attempts, a deliberate wait time is added to each subsequent attempt. The more often it fails, the longer the delay — increasing up to a maximum of 30 seconds per attempt.

Why does this exist?

This measure protects against attacks where a malicious party automatically tries thousands of passwords or codes. Without a delay, such an attacker could try hundreds of combinations per minute. With the increasing delay, that becomes practically impossible — every failed attempt costs more time, making automated attacks extremely slow and therefore pointless.

What should you do?

How long does the delay last?

The delay builds up gradually after the third failed attempt. After a successful login, the counter resets. There's no 24-hour lockout — as soon as you enter the correct details, you can always log in.
