Do customers need to create an account to order?

Customers do not need to create an account to purchase a ticket. Customers can create a 'Ziber ID', but they can also choose to order/pay without an account.

Pay with your Ziber ID

If the customer already has a Ziber ID, he can log in with his email address & password.

Create a new Ziber ID

If the customer does not yet have an account, he can do so by clicking on "Create a new Ziber ID" Depending on what you entered when creating the payment link, the customer enters his data i.e. name, e-mail address, telephone number , date of birth, delivery address, billing address. The customer also provides a password so that he/she can log in again next time.

Pay without account

If the customer chooses to pay without an account, he enters the desired data. Only the customer does not have to enter a password. No account will be created for the customer.
