Emails are automatically sent to the customer when they make a purchase from your activity.
E-mail A: Your order with order number 0123456789
This email states:
- Name of the activity
- The total amount of money
- Details of the purchase: sales options and calculated VAT.
- The order number
This e-mail will be sent in the Ziber Pay house style.
Email B: Your payment confirmation for 'Activity'
This e-mail only applies if payment has been made via iDeal. This e-mail will not be sent with the payment method 'cash'.
This e-mail is sent in the house style of your organization.
E-mail C: Your registration for ' Activity'
This e-mail is intended for the customer to print out as a physical ticket or to show on the mobile phone. The order number is shown extra large. You can then check this ticket at the entrance.
This email states:
- The name of the activity
- The date and time of the activity
- The order number
This e-mail is sent in the house style of your organization.
