When you have uploaded a PSD file, you can edit it under the button 'Template: template name'. The template name is always the name of the template you have chosen, so that you always know which template you are working in.
TEMPLATE
With the template you can upload individual segments for the normal status and the mouseover. Each segment has a unique number that determines its position in the template.
Delete segments
By clicking the delete icon in the upload window you delete all segments. You cannot undo this.
Background color/image
The background color and background image are placed behind the entire template. When a segment is completely or partially transparent, the color or image becomes visible. This image and color are also visible behind the section and sidebar.
SECTION
Background colour
The background color of the section is above the template color and image and below the content of the pages and apps. You can use transparency so that the color or image of the template is partially visible. You can find the color in the color overview under General › Section.
SIDEBAR
Position
The sidebar can be placed on the left or right side of the template. This applies to the entire website.
Background colour
The space in which the sidebar is placed has a fixed size. You can set the background color for this space here. If you adjust the transparency, the color may be mixed with the color that is present below. For example from the section or a design layer.
1.1 Choosing the background color from the basic colors
Click on the color field and choose one of the colors from the basic color set. The link of the sidebar background color can be found in the color overview at: general > sidebar > background. The same sidebar background color is used throughout the website.
1.2 Choose a new background color
In addition to choosing a base color, you can also add a new color and link it to the sidebar background color. Click on the color area and then on the + sign on the right. Use the color wheel to select the desired color or enter a hexadecimal color. Click on 'apply'. A new color is now added to the base color set. You can also use the new color for other elements.
Element background color and Element line color
The elements in the sidebar have their own background color and line color. You set these colors in the same way as the Sidebar background color. See 1.1 and 1.2. The line around the element always has a 'thickness' of 1 pixel.
