Design layers: Parallax effect

With the parallax effect you change the speed of the design layer while scrolling the website. This gives you depth in the design layers.

Turn on parallax

You can activate the parallax effect per design layer.

1. Click on the design layer
2. At the bottom of the settings screen, click on 'Parallax scrolling'

When you have multiple design layers with parallax scrolling, the top layer gets the fastest speed and the bottom layer gets the least speed. So you only have to adjust the order of the layers. The use of multiple layers of design has the greatest effect with parallax.

Adjust the order of the design layers

1. Mouse over the design layer
2. Hover over the organize icon
3. Click and drag the design layer to the desired position


Tip: Using multiple design layers has the greatest effect with parallax.
