You can place a comment form in your pages. This makes it very easy for visitors to leave a comment. Placing a short response form can be a very good call to action, which lowers the threshold for visitors to leave a quick response.
Post comment form
If you would like to add a comment form to your pages, you can do so through Ziber Team. Go to the page where you want to add the form and position the cursor where you want it. Then choose the 'Insert content' icon (the leaf with the arrow). There you can choose 'Reply form'.
You can then choose between 'small response form' and 'basic response form'. In the 'small' variant, only the mandatory fields are shown (name, e-mail address and response). The other fields also appear in the 'basic' form - these depend on the settings that the designer has made for you. By default, these fields are active; address, zip code, city, telephone number and company name. Your designer can remove fields for you.
The second choice you can make is 'width of the response form'. This option is set to 'Automatic' by default, which ensures that the form is displayed over the entire width of the column/page. If you find this too wide, you can also choose the desired number of pixels (wide) here.
Then click on 'continue' and the form will be placed directly at the place where you stood with the cursor by means of a 'taggie'. Depending on your choices, this taggie will look like this:
[content|NL|REACTION;1;-1]
In the video explanation below you will see how you can place the basic comment form on a page.
