The management of your Ziber product can be performed by different people. From Ziber Team you can easily allocate the ' roles' to the administrators of your product, such as your website, SenseView or Kwieb (schools).
There are different types of administrators: Owner , Super Administrator , Administrator and Financial Administrator .
From the main menu in Ziber Team you will find all the people who can manage your product under the heading 'Administrators' . Here you as owner can indicate the roles per administrator.
Owner
The owner has all the capabilities of Ziber Team. This administrator can never be deleted. To change an owner, please contact Ziber.
The Owner has the following capabilities in Ziber Team:
- Sending invitations for management
- Accepting invitations
- Remove administrators
- Change an admin to a super admin
- Set up notifications for all administrators
super admin
The super admin has all the capabilities of Ziber Team. A super admin can only be removed by the owner or another super admin. The super admin has the following capabilities in Ziber Team:

- Set up notifications for all administrators
Administrator
An administrator can do all maintenance of the Ziber product, such as adding and changing news items and pages. He has no access to the administrator settings. He can be promoted to Super Admin by a Super Admin.
Financial administrator
As a Financial Manager you will receive all financial reports of your Ziber product. In this way, this employee only receives relevant information with regard to the financial activities surrounding your Ziber product.
