Add a vacancy

If you want to post a vacancy on your website, you can do that with the 'vacancy' option. With this you can easily place a vacancy online for visitors to apply online. You can easily add a vacancy from Ziber Team.

Enter vacancy

When entering a new vacancy, you can enter various fields to place all information about the vacancy online.

vacancy code
Every vacancy you add will receive a unique code from Ziber. This code is created automatically, but you can adjust it yourself to your own code. This way you can quickly search for a vacancy in Ziber Team. The code is not used on Ziber websites and therefore has no effect on your presentation.

start and end date
You can enter a start and end date for each vacancy. The vacancy will only be shown if the start date has passed and the end date has not yet been reached. This can be useful, for example, if you are looking for specific employees every season. The vacancy will then automatically disappear from your Ziber website and you can simply adjust the dates again in Ziber Team according to year and the vacancy will be online again.

function name
The job title is the title of the vacancy. Try to keep the job title short and sweet. This benefits the presentation of your vacancy. This also provides a quicker overview in a list of vacancies.

job description
In this field you give a description of what the function entails. What kind of work you offer as an employer, what a candidate can expect in the work environment and where future opportunities lie. Try to make the job description as complete and realistic as possible. In this way a candidate gets a good picture, and there is a greater chance that there will be a match between you and the candidate.

job requirements
In this field you make a description of all the wishes and requirements you place on a candidate. Such as education and knowledge, but also, for example, attitude to work and ambitions. Make the description as complete as possible, so that the candidate gets a good idea of who you are looking for (optimally). Applications you receive will automatically be better!

location (address, zip code, city)
The location is the location where the vacancy is open. For example, are you at the head office in Amsterdam and do you have a vacancy open in your branch in Rotterdam? Then you can specify the location Rotterdam at work location. When you post a vacancy that belongs to the main address of your company, click on this option. Your address details are automatically filled in. (Is the entered address incorrect? Then you can change the main address from the Main menu in Ziber Team > Company details > Manage)

hours per week
Here you can indicate how many hours per week the position concerns. You can also enter an additional comment that will also be presented with the vacancy.

duration of the assignment
In this field you can indicate how long the employment contract is initially for this position. So for example '6 months'. You can also use 'indefinite' or any other free text.

salary indication
Although it is not mandatory to fill in anything here, it can sometimes be useful to make a salary indication. Here you can enter what the gross wage bill would be.

type of vacancy
Under 'Vacancy type' you can indicate whether it concerns an internship or a normal workplace.

required training
You can choose up to three different training requirements from a fixed list of training courses.

discipline
Here you can choose (up to three) tasks that most closely match the position of the vacancy within your company.

contact
Here you can choose a contact person from your company. All online responses or applications for this vacancy will be sent to this chosen contact person. Is your contact person not listed? You can add these via Main menu Ziber Team > Manage company data > Employees.

response options
Here you determine whether people may directly apply for this specific vacancy (to the contact person above), or (a link to) the vacancy may be forwarded to other people via email and whether the vacancy may be printed on a Ziber website.

publish via Ziber Connect
Here you determine on which Ziber products the vacancy may appear. If you have a Ziber website, you can select it so that the vacancy appears on the website. You may also be connected to another website via Ziber Connect, so that you can also publish your vacancy there. A check mark is then enough to also place this vacancy on that website.
