In Gnap you can enter and maintain all the data of your organization. You can do this at the block where your company name (or school name, association name, etc.) is stated.
Watch our video explanation:
Manage Organizational Data
From Gnap's main menu, you can click on the box with your organization name (always at the top left, below Ziber's news). Here you can enter, change and manage all information about your 'company' (this can of course also be a school, association, person, or the like).
First of all you can enter all 'General settings' of your organization. Think, for example, of the address, telephone number, URL and e-mail address. You can also upload your logo here and optionally set a background color for your logo. The background color you set for the logo is automatically displayed in the frame in which your logo appears on the website. You can change this color by clicking on the cogwheel shown in the logo frame (left).
You can also set your exact Google Maps location here, so that the 'pin' on the map is exactly where you are located. You do this by clicking on the gray pin behind the 'street' field and dragging the red pin in the overlay to the correct location.
Under the heading 'Photos' you can add some photos that give a picture of your company or organization. These images appear on the pages where your company is presented (for example, consider RondjeSchagen.nl if you are a Schagens entrepreneur).
In the 'Contacts' section you can create people who work at your organization (or who are otherwise linked to your company). These people can be chosen in other places in the management, for example to receive reactions to news items or as a contact person for a product on your website.
Keywords and description
Here you enter the keywords and description that suit your organization. These are used for different purposes; as meta-keywords and meta-description of your website (for findability by search engines), as a 'company story' on your company page and (the keywords) to filter in search results of websites with multiple linked companies (eg RondjeSchagen.nl ).
With Connect you can indicate on which 'media' (Ziber websites or SenseViews) your company may be presented. You can switch your company presentation on or off by clicking on the dot (green is 'on' and gray is 'off').
Fill in your opening hours here, if they apply to you. These are presented on your company page on your own website (and possibly on websites to which your website is linked).
Here you can indicate the URLs of your own Facebook or Linkedin pages. When you have filled this in, an icon of this social media channel will automatically appear on your company page, with a reference to the URL entered here. You can also display the 'social media icons' on all your pages, these automatically receive the links entered here. Read more about placing the social media icons on your pages here .
For Twitter, you must link to your Twitter account before you can link to it. Read all about the possibilities with Twitter here .
