Your domain name is registered with Ziber and you have a Desktop mailbox.
You have the username and password of the mailbox at hand.
Set up your mailbox in Outlook 2013 on PC
When you open Outlook, go to 'File' in the top left and then click on 'Add account':
You will then see the following screen. Kes for the bottom option 'Manually configure account' and click on 'Next':
Choose the bottom option 'POP or IMAP' and click on 'Next':
Now fill in all the details of your mailbox.
Account Type: POP3
Incoming mail server: outlook.office365.com
Outgoing mail server: smtp.office365.com
Then choose 'More settings':
Go to the 2nd tab 'Outgoing server' and check the top option (this server requires authentication):
Then go to the last tab 'Advanced' and check the option 'This server requires a secure connection (SSL)'.
Then the port numbers should be set as follows:
Incoming server: 995
Outgoing server: 587
For the outgoing server, choose the type 'TLS'
When everything is set as shown in the image below, click on 'OK':
All settings have been made, click on 'Next':
The account settings are being tested. If everything is filled in correctly, both 'tasks' are completed:
Your account has been created. Click on 'Finish':
Open Outlook to start emailing!
