All segments in the Photoshop template are variable. This means you can adjust the height and width to better suit your design.
How do I edit a segment
In Photoshop
1. In the toolbar, select the segment selection tool
2. Click on the segment you want to edit
3. Drag the segment higher or wider.
Tip: Select two segments at the same time and drag only the center point. This way the segments always remain closed.
Important when adjusting the segments
- Make sure that the surrounding segments are contiguous. So there should be no space between the segments.
- The height of segments in a horizontal row must be the same height
- Segments should not overlap
- Segments may not be deleted
The segments are well resized
The height segments on the horizontal row is not equal. This creates space between the segments and the template is not uploaded correctly.
Tip! Are the segments incorrect after dragging in the DS4? Then download the empty template again from the DS4 and check whether the numbers of the segments have remained the same.
