When you are the administrator of your Ziber website or other Ziber product, you can maintain all information of your company/organization via Ziber Team. As an administrator you also have the option to invite other people to also become administrators of your company/organization. This way you can easily work with multiple people on your Ziber product.
To make someone else an administrator as well, follow these steps:
- Log in to https://gnap.ziber.eu
- Check that the correct organization name is in the top left of the screen (before 'Main menu')
- Click on 'Administrators'
- Click on the 'Invite' button
- Enter the e-mail address of the invitee
- Select at least one group to which you want to assign the invitee. (Often this is 'Admin')
- Send invitation
After the person has received the e-mail and has accepted the invitation, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. And this new person has also become the administrator of your organization from that moment on.
