When you use a webshop (for example a Shoplin), it is of course valuable to be able to see the statistics of, for example, the number of viewers to the various products. However, it is much more interesting to be able to see the statistics of your orders. This is possible with the Google E-commerce tracking.
Activate Ecommerce Tracking
All you need to do is activate the 'Ecommerce Tracking' option in your Google Analytics, we'll do the rest. Your shop is set up in such a way that the product information is automatically understood by Google Analytics.
When the E-commerce tracking is activated, you can choose 'E-commerce' (overview) under the heading 'Conversions'. Here you can see all statistics related to orders in your webshop. For example, you can see which product is ordered the most and what the turnover is that you get from the shop. In addition, it offers you some extra options, such as automatic mail reporting.
