Set up mobile mailbox on the iPad

Your domain name is registered with Ziber and has a Mobile or Mobile Office mailbox.
You have the username and password of the mailbox at hand.
You also need a properly working internet connection on your iPad.

Set up your mailbox on the iPad

You will see the 'Settings' icon in the start screen of your iPad. That's the gray gear icon:

Click on the 'Settings' icon and go to 'Accounts and passwords' in the menu on the left. Then click on 'New account' on the right-hand side:

Choose the 2nd option, Exchange:

Enter the email address you want to set up. At 'description' you give the account a name (we advise you to enter the entire e-mail address here). Then click on 'Next':

You will then be asked whether you want to log in to this mailbox via Microsoft. There, choose 'Log in':

You will then see a screen where you can log in with your new Office 365 mailbox. You may have 2 accounts at this address (work or school account and a personal account). A mailbox that you purchase from us is always a 'work or school account', so click on it:

Enter your email address and password:

Then you indicate which components you want to synchronize. Then click on 'Save':

The account has been added! This is now in the list of your accounts:

Open your Mail app on the iPad to start emailing!
