With variants for a product it is possible to enter any salable combination of 1 product. For example, you can use variants to classify a garment into COLORS and SIZES. A different stock and price is kept for each color-size combination and therefore you will have to use variants. You can also use variants if you sell a product packed per 10, per 20, etc. These packaging units all have a different stock and price.
You can make a combination of 1 product by using variants. Keep in mind that maintaining them becomes more complex and time-consuming, the more creative you use the variants. Be sure to watch the video to learn more about how it works.
