In the shop settings you determine all the settings for the operation of your webshop. This way you determine how the ordering process goes, what type of customers you accept, which payment methods you offer and which shipping methods should work. Here is an overview of all the settings you can make.
This page deals with the 'general' tab. Under 'general' you can make general settings for the webshop.
All settings you make here apply immediately throughout the entire webshop.
In your Products management you can enter stocks and then indicate here whether you want to use these stocks in your webshop. In that case, a record is kept of whether or not a product is in stock. Various messages can then be shown in the webshop, such as "no stock". You can set the various notifications here.
All e-mail traffic sent to customers (such as an order confirmation, or a shipping confirmation) will have a specific e-mail address as the sender. Here you can choose which sender address you want to use. To complete the list, you can expand your company's contacts. You can then link the new contacts to your webshop.
As the administrator of your webshop you have a Ziber Team account. You can assign 1 Ziber Team as the account to which all confirmations should be sent. For example, when a new customer profile has been created, or when a new order has been placed.
Minimum order amount
It is possible to set up your webshop in such a way that you set a minimum amount for an order. Then your webshop will not accept orders below this amount. You can choose to have the customer's order automatically replenished to the minimum amount, so that the customer can choose to continue the order.
