What is an activity and where are they located?

The school can place activities in the agenda in Kwieb. An activity is an agenda item/event with a start date/time and an end date/time . The activities can be shared with the whole school, groups or specific students. Activities that you see in Kwieb are therefore always relevant for your child(ren).

Activities automatically return in several places in Kwieb.

1. Timeline ; when an activity is about to start, it will rank high on the timeline
2. calendar ; in Kwieb's Agenda you can see all activities chronologically
3. Search function ; in the search function you can search through all activities

Participation in activities?

A school can ask for parental help/participation for an activity. The school enters how many participants are needed. You can then see in Kwieb how many and which parents have registered. You can also indicate yourself that you want to participate in the activity. You will also see this when the entry list is full.
