Parents can link themselves to their own child through the combination of a unique code and their child's date of birth. The unique code is sent when the school/child center invites the parents to start using Kwieb.
More about this step can be found in the following article: https://support.ziber.nl/hc/nl/articles/360000612045-Ouders-uitverhuur-voor-Kwieb
How many parents can be linked to a student?
Up to 4 parents/guardians can be linked to a student with their Ziber IDs. The school can send more than one person an invitation per pupil to associate with the same pupil.
Can the unique student code be used multiple times for pairing?
No, each parent/guardian receives their own unique code.
Can a parent with 1 Ziber ID link multiple children?
Yes, that is not a problem.
Can a parent with children at different schools (using Kwieb) work with 1 account in Kwieb?
Yes. The parent has 1 Ziber ID and then links several children from different schools to it.
How can I see if a parent is linked to a student?
In Ziber Team you can see in the student management that no parents are linked to the student yet. The parent has probably not yet followed up on your invitation. You can invite the parent again (by e-mail or by letter). You can read how this works in the following article: https://support.ziber.nl/hc/nl/articles/360000612045-Ouders-uitverhuur-voor-Kwieb
