When you have created a payment request , you as a parent council can debit a cash payment in the administration, so that the parents are no longer asked to pay in their app and the administration is properly processed again!
How do I process a cash payment?
1. Go to the outstanding payments
2. Click on the blue arrow next to the relevant child
3. Click on pay this request manually
4. Cancel manual payment?

Go to the Kwieb payment requests and click on the orange outstanding payments .
2. Outstanding Payments
You will then see a screen with an overview of the children whose parents have received the payment request. To process a cash payment, click on the blue arrow next to the child's name.
3. Pay request manually
You can add a comment and manually complete the payment via the green Pay this request button. This payment can then be seen between the 'paid' payment requests.
4. Cancel manual payment?
Do you still want to cancel the manual payment? First, you can see that the payment was made manually by looking at the payment method. If this has been paid via the bank, iDeal will appear here. For a manual payment, click on the "payment successful" link .
A menu will now appear where you can click on the status canceled.
