As a parent council, you can easily make payment requests for the parental contribution to all parents at school. This article explains how you can see for which children have already been paid or not.
What is the status of a payment?
1. View the status in the overview

1. View payment status
Click on the Kwieb Payment Requests tile. Here you will see your active payment requests. You can see the complete overview via the blue request button. You can also filter on paid and outstanding payments.
When the arrow behind the child's name is blue , the payment request is still open, orange means that the payment request is still being processed at the bank (not yet known whether it has been paid) and when the arrow is green , the payment has been successful! When the arrow is red , the payment has not been successful.
What if the payment is not successful?
When a payment has been started at the bank, the payment request disappears in Kwieb. It can happen that a payment does not go well, this can have various causes, for example a shortage of balance. The bank has to process this, this can take a while (usually about an hour) before the request is back in the parent's timeline.
2. Cash payment
A parent may want to pay cash. This is also possible by going to the relevant student and clicking on the blue pain. Then click the button pay this request manually.
3. Print overview
Print an overview? no problem click on the print icon.
