Overview participants of my activity

When you have created an activity with ' ask for participation ' and possibly with an ' open question ', you want to be able to see which parents are participating or what the answers to your open question are.

To get a clear overview of your activity, first find the activity in Gnap and from the list, tap on to the preview of the activity (via the square icon with an arrow out):

From the preview, tap the green 'Participants and answers' button (at the bottom):

There you will see all the details of the participants/parents (including any answers to an open question):

At the top right you see the total number of participants in the blue box.
Each parent who participates will have a green check mark next to it.

You will see the answers to the open-ended question that you asked the parent.
(It is possible that the parent does not participate but has posted an answer).
