Create an activity

Do you as a parent council want to easily reach the parents with an activity or agenda item? This can be done via the Kwieb parent app.

How do I create an activity as a parent council?

1. Create the activity
2. Choose the date of your activity
3. Extras: Ask to participate
4. Share message to Kwieb

1. Create the activity

Give your activity a title, description and possibly a photo.

2. Choose the date of your activity

Enter a date and time for the activity. If you opt for the whole day, no time will be added.

If necessary, complete the message with tags, location and a URL.

3. Extras: Ask to participate

You can ask the parents to participate in an activity. Parents can then register for your activity (you can also specify a maximum number of participants. When this is reached, the registration button will disappear for the parents.

You can also ask the parents an open question during an activity. You then ask a question that will appear next to the activity. Parents can then post one response per pp with an answer to your question.

4. Share message to the Kwieb parent app

Share the post on the timeline of the Kwieb parent app. Choose to whom the message may be published. This can be for the whole school, groups or per individual.
