Invite parents to participate

If the parent council invites parents to the upcoming meeting or to an activity, this is very easy with Ziber.

1. Create a new activity

1. Create a new activity

Give your activity a title, description and possibly a photo. Choose a date and optionally complete the message with tags, location and a URL.

2. Request to participate

You can ask the parents to participate in an activity. Parents can then register for your activity (you can also specify a maximum number of participants). When this is reached, the registration button disappears for the parents.

In addition to the request for participation, you can also ask the parents an open question for an activity. You then ask a question that will appear next to the activity. Parents can then post one response per pp with an answer to your question.

3. Share activity with...

Share the post on the timeline of the Kwieb parent app. Choose to whom the message may be published. This can be sent to the parents of the whole school, group or individual.
