Editing a message in Ziber Team is easy and can be done in several ways. Discover in this article the different ways and what you can take into account!
Find the message in Ziber Team
To edit a message via Ziber Team, first search for the message. This can be done in several ways, which are explained below:
- Search message from Dashboard
When you start Ziber Team you will enter the Dashboard. There you will see a list with the latest (current) messages. You press the message you want to change. You will then be taken to the preview of the message, where you can tap the green 'Edit' button to change the message:
When you are working on the desktop version of Ziber Team, you will see the green 'change' button at the bottom of the screen.
- Search message from message list
If the message is not directly in the list on the dashboard, you can tap from the dashboard to 'Current messages' or 'Scheduled messages' (if it concerns a future message):
From the list where you end up, you can optionally filter further ('Your group' or 'All' and 'planned' (future posts), 'current' (current posts) or 'archive' (older posts) to When you have found the message, you can tap on the message from the list and tap the first icon (the pen) in the menu that then opens under the message to start editing the message:
When you work on the desktop version of Ziber Team, you will see this same edit icon directly in the list - right next to the title of the message.
Change message
Now you can change the message. You can then change all previously entered information and add to it where necessary. You can also add photos and/or videos.

Notify parents of a change
When you have changed an existing message (which has been posted to Kwieb), it is possible to notify the parents about this change. In the edit screen of the message you can check the option to 'notify' the parents, so that they are notified of the change:
