Notification history

In Ziber Team, all notifications that are relevant to you are saved for you so that you can find them again.

Notification history via Dashboard

Via the Dashboard (home screen after logging in to Ziber Team), you will see a box Notifications history containing the latest notifications for you (from your school/child centre). You can tap on it per notification for more info, you will go directly to the relevant section that this notification is about:

Below is an overview of the different 'types' of notifications that you see here:

Blue notifications

The notifications with a blue circle in front of it are notifications for you that relate to events of your school team doing something in Ziber Team . For example, if the director sends a message to all parents, you will see a blue message. Or if your duo sends a message to the parents of your group. But of course also if another teacher sends a message to one of your children in the group.

Pink notifications

The notifications with a pink dot in front of it are notifications for you that result from actions by parents in Kwieb. For example, if a parent reports sick from your group to a child in your group. Or if a parent posts a response to a message that you have published to parents in Kwieb . Or if a parent registers for an activity that you have placed in Kwieb.

Message history (complete)

If you also want to see the notifications that have been sent to parents from Ziber Team, press the All notifications button under this block, which will take you to the complete Notifications history of your school/child centre. There you can see more notifications from longer back and also view notifications sent from Ziber Team to parents (the orange notifications). To do this, press the To parents button.

Orange notifications

The orange notifications are notifications that have been sent to parents via Kwieb. Here you can see chronologically which notifications have been sent to the parents. When you tap a notification, you can also see which parents the notification was sent to.

Emergency notification?

Have you sent an emergency notification to parents ? Then you can also see this message via the notification history. In addition, you can see which parents have actually read the notification. You can see this by pressing the notification and using the round arrow to refresh the list!
