The teacher, parent council, student council or director can easily ask a question to parents via Kwieb via a "Poll". This allows a group of parents to quickly and easily gauge the opinion of a statement with multiple choice answers.
Where can you find the poll?
Via a notification
When there is a new poll in Kwieb, you as a parent will be notified. When you press the notification, the poll opens immediately and you can give your answer to the question asked.
Tip: Don't want to be notified of a new poll? Then adjust your notification preferences in Kwieb .
Privacy? Have you chosen to only work with "Protected" name in Kwieb? Then you will not receive a notification and you will not be able to view/answer a poll. Read more about the features that won't work if you've shielded your name here.
Through a green tile
When a poll has been opened by a teacher or school, it will appear as a green tile at the top of the timeline as long as you have not answered it. Press "complete poll" to view the poll and provide your answer.
Tip: Once you have answered the poll, the green tile will no longer be visible.

As long as the poll is relevant it will be high on the timeline so you can fill it out.
Fill in poll
When you view the poll you will see the question you have been asked and the possible answers. Choose your answer and press "vote".
Tip: Filling in the poll is processed anonymously, so that School (or other parents in Kwieb) cannot see who voted for what.
Privacy exception : School may give you the option "Other, namely: ..." and that you can fill in a free answer. When you choose this option, the school will see your name with the answer, so that they can contact you for clarification if necessary.
