What can you find on the Dashboard in Ziber Team?
The Dashboard in Ziber Team is a summary of all communication from and to school that is relevant to you as a teacher at that moment. The following components can be found in the Dashboard:
- Consents
- Do not disturb settings
- Tips about Ziber Team
- Today's absences from your group
- Open/new Topics
- Current messages (latest 5) shared with parents from your group
- Upcoming activities (5 upcoming) shared with parents in your group
- Current polls (last 5 added) shared with parents from your group
- Message history (last 5 sent)
- Parents not yet active (pupils without linked parents)
Consents
With the first block of permissions you can see whether there have been any recent changes in the answers to permission questions to parents. The school or daycare can create these permission questions itself and send them to the parents, who can then give permission or not.
Do not disturb settings
The second block you will encounter on the Dashboard is the 'Do Not Disturb' block:
You can set Ziber Team to Do Not Disturb , so that no active push and e-mail notifications are sent to you (between a certain time). However, the notifications will remain visible in the notifications overview and a red ball (badge notification) will also appear on your phone next to your Ziber Team icon. You will only (temporarily) not be disturbed .
Tip: You can find out more about setting the 'do not disturb' schedule in this article .
Tips about Ziber Team
You will then come across the 'Tips' block. Here are our latest tips to get you started working with Ziber.
Click the 'read more...' button to view the support article (you can swipe/scroll horizontally through the tips).
