Message "Calendar has been changed" ?

As a parent, you sometimes receive a notification from Kwieb that the Calendar has changed, but it is not entirely clear to you what has changed. This article explains how to find out.

When do you receive a (general) notification "Agenda has been changed"?

When 1 or more activities are added and/or changed by the school team on a day that are on the agenda for more than 2 weeks and do not ask for participation , you will receive only 1 notification at the end of the day; " Calendar has changed ".

Tip: Don't want to receive this notification anymore? Then turn off these types of notifications in your notification preferences .

How can you see what has changed in the calendar?

When you press the Agenda button at the bottom of Kwieb, you will see the agenda with all school activities that are relevant for your child(ren). You can scroll through here. Activities that are changed or new have an orange or green label that identifies them. This way you know which items have been changed/new.

Altered

When an agenda item on the left has an orange label "modified", you know that this activity has recently been modified by someone from the school team. Tap on the activity to view all information about this activity.

New

When a calendar item on the left has a green "new" label, you know that this activity was recently added by someone from the school team. Tap on the activity to view all information about this activity.

Unchanged

When a calendar item on the left doesn't have a label, you know that this activity hasn't been changed recently.

Deleted

Deleted activities can no longer be viewed in the Agenda in Kwieb. You will receive a notification when an activity is deleted in two situations, namely;

1. When an activity is deleted by the school team that is on the agenda within 2 weeks , you will receive a notification that that specific activity has been deleted.
2. When someone from the school team deletes an agenda item that has been on the agenda for more than 2 weeks AND for which participation was requested AND you had registered , you will immediately receive a notification stating that that specific activity has been cancelled.

You can (logically) no longer see deleted items in the Agenda in Kwieb.
