Deactivate payment request for a parent

It is possible that parents have received a payment request but that you want to deactivate it for a specific parent. You can easily withdraw a payment request via the Ziber Team app.

How do I deactivate a payment request?

1. Go to Kwieb payment requests
2. Click on requests
3. Deselect the appropriate parent
4. Click activate

Go to the Kwieb payment requests. View all payment requests sent in the overview.

2. Requests

By clicking the request button (with the blue number) you will see all parents who have received the payment request.

3. Deselect

Click on the relevant parent in the requests to deselect it. At the top you can also see how many parents are currently selected in total.

4. Activate

When the relevant parents are deselected, you only need to click on the green activate button at the bottom. The payment request will disappear from the timeline with these parents. The payment request remains with the other previously selected parents.

Tip: If you have forgotten parents, you can of course add them here, these parents will receive a notification immediately.
