The educational institution can post photos and share them with you (and other parents) via the secure Kwieb app. Only when you are logged in with your account in the Kwieb app you can actually see (and download) these photos. Anyone other than the persons with whom the information has been shared cannot view (nor download) the information. With whom the information (photos) is shared is determined by the people of the educational institution (the Data Controller ). You can of course make agreements with them about what you want or don't want here, which most educational institutions also do with the parents. Ziber as Processor is not responsible for this.
Tip: You can make arrangements with the educational institution about how they will handle photos of your child.
The answer to the question is; Yes, but as a parent you can make agreements with the people at the educational institution about how they handle the sharing of photos that feature your child.
