Copy activity?

You can easily make a copy of an activity, so that you then only have to adjust the date! The image, description, data, settings,... everything is copied! This way you can easily reuse an old activity and adjust it where necessary.

What is not copied? When you have asked for Participation, the registrations (the participants) will not be copied. The same goes for an "open question". The question is copied, but of course the answers are not.

How do you make a copy?

Go to the list of activities and find the activity you want to make a copy of. Then press the copy icon at that activity:

You will be prompted to enter a new name (activity title) for the copy. If you press OK, the copy will be made.

Then you will see the copy in the list of activities.

When you press Copy, you can then press the edit icon to edit the activity;

Don't forget to adjust the start and end date of the activity, because this is exactly the same in the copy as the original ;)

Note: The copy activity will automatically be published to whatever the original was published to! Please check if that is what you want in the copy.
