Participation link
Before you start scheduling calls, you need a join link for Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. You must use this link when creating the Call Planner. If you don't have it yet, create it first;
Once you have created a participation link, you can create an activity in Ziber Team on a specific date/time and invite the parents of 1 child to it;
Plan activity with parents of 1 child
If you want an online conversation with the parents of 1 child, you create a new Activity in Ziber Team that will be placed in the Kwieb Calendar with the parents. Keep the following in mind;
- Create a new activity
- Choose an image (e.g. the sample image with online calling)
- At the Title you enter something like " Online child conversation [name child] "
- In the description, write what you want to do AND paste the " Participation link " so that parents can click on it when the online conversation starts.
- At the start date/time you fill in the exact day and time when you start the online conversation
- At the end date/time you enter the day and time when the online conversation will stop again
- At "Publish to" you only choose the child that matters, so that the activity appears in the agenda (in Kwieb) for only the parents of that child

Tip: If you would like to know which parents will be present, you can turn on the "Participation option" at the activity, so that parents in Kwieb are given the opportunity to register. Parents who register will also receive a reminder via Kwieb when the time comes! Do not specify a maximum number of participants, so that all parents of the child can register
