Participation link
Before you start scheduling calls, you need a join link for Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. You must use this link when creating the Call Planner. If you don't have it yet, create it first;
Once you have created a participation link, you can create a Topic (direct message) in Ziber Team and send it to 1 specific parent;
Create topic and share link
Via Topics you can easily send 1 direct message to 1 parent from school. In that message you can share the link of the online meeting. Keep the following in mind;
- Create a new topic
- Choose the parent you want to share the Participation link with
- Paste the link in the message
- Send
You can now start the Online meeting yourself by using your own Participation link. The parent should then also click on the Participation link and join you in the Online meeting.
