Invite parents in Bulk (in collaboration with LAS link)

Invite parents easily via a bulk invitation. A message appears in the student management after the import of the LAS. If there are child profiles whose parent e-mail addresses are not yet linked, you can invite them all directly by clicking on the button. You will also immediately see how many parents this concerns in the notification.

Tip: No e-mail addresses are received from the LAS of which the parent has already been linked/invited to a child. Even if an email address of a parent is changed in the LAS, this has no effect on the linked K wieb parent/invitation.  

In the overview you can see whose parents will be invited. The first name and last name of the parents are not yet known from the import, only the email address. When they create an account, the names are also shown.

When you invite the parents, they will receive an email. They receive a unique code from their child via this e-mail. In combination with the date of birth for verification, they can add their child in Kwieb. 

Tip: There The invitation is valid for 14 days, after 3 days you can send a parent a reminder .

Invite parents in another language

Profile
When you use an automatic data link, the invitations are automatically ready. You will then see this behind the student's profile. To change the language of the invitation, go to the student's profile.

Ready for invite
In the profile of the student you will see the e-mail address of the parents (linked from the LAS) under ready to invite. Here you can change the language of the invitation.

Student overview
In the student overview you can clearly see for which students/parents the language has been changed.
