Unpair parent/carer

A maximum of 4 parents/guardians can be linked to a child profile. There may be times when you want to unlink a parent/guardian. You can do this by going to the student manager in Ziber Team and unlinking the parent there from the student.

• In Ziber Team go to the Dashboard and press "Kwieb"
• Then go to Student Management

Then search for the relevant student and open the profile. In this example "Adam Smits". There you can see which parents are linked to Adam and you can "Unlink" each parent via the red button.

When you unlink the parent, it is completely disconnected from the child profile. The parent can no longer view previously sent information.

Do you want to reconnect the parent/guardian? In order to give the parent access again, they must be invited again. The parent will then receive a new pairing code with which he can add the child again.
