Unpair parent/carer
A maximum of 4 parents/carers can be linked to a child profile. There may be times when you want to unlink a parent/carer. You do this in Ziber Team via student management: first open the child's profile, then go to the parent's profile from there and unlink the child in the parent profile.
- Tap the orange button and go to Settings > Students
- Find the relevant student and tap to open the child profile. In this example "Adam Smits"
- In the list of linked parents, tap "Profile" next to the relevant parent to open the parent profile
- In the parent profile, go to the "Connected children" list and tap "Unlink" next to the relevant child
When you unlink the parent, they are completely disconnected from the child profile. The parent can no longer view previously sent information.
Do you want to link the parent/carer again? To give the parent access again, they must be invited again. The parent will then receive a new pairing code with which they can add the child again.
