Can a photo of the child be shared with other parents? Is a photo of the child allowed on the website? Or can photos of the child be posted on social media?
You can easily enter permission questions yourself via the Ziber Teamapp, to which parents can give their permission in the Kwieb parent app . This saves a lot of paperwork at the start of the school year. In addition, the data is automatically kept up-to-date. Do you want to ask a new permission question? Then the parents in Kwieb will automatically receive a notification to give permission.
Manage permission questions
If you have the management or administration role at school, you can create/manage the permission questions yourself. Via Ziber Teamapp on your phone or desktop, go to the orange menu (at the bottom) > more... > settings > permission questions.
Note: You need the administration or management role to be able to create, edit or delete a permission request.
New permission question
When you tap on ' New ' from the list of permission questions at the top, you can add a new permission question there. You can fill this in entirely at your own discretion or on the basis of a 'template' (see 'Templates ...' button at the top right). These are preset questions with a description that you can use for your school.
Ask
At 'Question' you enter the permission question you want to ask the parents. This could be, for example, 'Can a photo of your child be shared with other parents in Kwieb?'. This is the question that parents will then see in Kwieb, on which they can give ' permission ' or ' no permission '.
Explanation (optional)
At 'Explanation (optional)' you can enter any further explanation for this question.
Who is the consent request for?
You can share the permission question with the whole school or with specific groups.
Which channels do you want to alert your colleagues on?
When your colleagues publish information from the Ziber Teamapp, you can show them a warning of children who have " no permission ". For each permission request, you can set which publication channel your colleague should receive a warning from, so that they are always aware of the situation.
Tip: Would you like to know more about showing the warnings in the Ziber team app? Learn more about this in this support article .
Date active
At the bottom you can enter the date as of when the question should become active for parents in Kwieb. This can be at least 'tomorrow'. From that date, parents will be actively asked the question in Kwieb.
Tip: Parents will see the permission questions in Kwieb. In this article for parents you can see how the parental consent question comes into the picture .
Create permission request
Then tap 'Save' at the bottom to create the permission request.
Please note: Once the question has been created and is active with parents, you can no longer change the content of the question.
Automatic reminder
At the beginning of each school year, parents receive an automatic reminder on the timeline in Kwieb to check the permissions and privacy settings.
