How do multiple parent consent questions work?

If more than one parent is linked to your child with the same administrator rights , they can also answer the permission questions. In that case we distinguish 3 situations;

Situation 1: No parent has answered the consent question

In this case, the educational institutions will see " not yet answered " in the request for permission. However, the square is red and this counts as 'no permission'.

Situation 2: 1 parent has answered the consent question

In this case, the educational institutions will see the answer of this one parent in the permission question. That can be " permission " or " no permission ".

Situation 3: Several parents have answered the consent question

In this case, the educational institutions will only see "consent" if all parents have given "consent". When 1 of the parents has given "no permission" as an answer, the educational institution always sees "no permission".

When parents of 1 child give contradictory answers, you will also be notified in the Kwieb app, so that you can coordinate this with each other if necessary;

Tip: If your child's other parent has already answered the questions and you agree with those answers, you can also choose to ignore the questions. You will automatically see this "ignore" option if another parent has already answered the questions.
