Topics translation function

The topic translation function is a very useful function when you are talking to non-Dutch speaking parents. The app translates the entire conversation, making it seem like you are having a conversation in your own language. 

Translate to your preferred language

When a non-native parent sends you a Topic in their own preferred language (e.g. Ukrainian), you can have these chat messages automatically translated to your own preferred language (e.g. Dutch). You can read the entire conversation in your own language and even respond in your own language. So you have a complete conversation, each in their own language, without having to speak each other's language.

Still want to see what the parent has written in their own preferred language? You will see the button “show original” at the bottom. 

Group conversations

It is even possible to have group conversations where several parents speak a different language, as everyone can translate the messages into their own preferred language. 

Export

Good to know is that when you export a conversation, you will get the complete conversation in the preferred language of the person exporting the conversation.
