Parent code expired

The code that a parent/guardian receives from the school for linking his child in the Kwieb parent app expires after 14 days . After that, the parent can no longer use this code and must receive a new code from the school.

Unique code

When inviting, every parent/guardian receives a unique code from the school to link his/her child. Parents therefore create a personal account and use their own unique pairing code. This can be used once - by 1 parent.

Code is valid for 14 days

The code that the parent receives from the school is valid for 14 days, after this time the code can no longer be used and the school can send a new code.

Send reminder

When the school uses an automatic link with ESIS or Parnassys, the administration will receive a notification if the parents have not yet activated the code after 3 days. These parents will send you a reminder with the push of a button. When the parent receives a reminder, the code is valid again for 14 days.

Tip: It is also possible to manually send a reminder to invited parents.
