The school/daycare administration simply invites team members so that they can access the Ziber team app.
Team members
To invite the team members, go to the settings screen (Desktop: gear icon top right. Mobile: pink menu button bottom right > more).
In the team members screen you can see all team members who are linked to the school or shelter. In this screen you can invite team members via a new invitation or invite team members that have been imported from your student tracking system, you can also remove team members (disconnect from your school) or view their role and possibly change it in their profile.
New invitation
As an administration, you can easily invite a new team member via the invite button. The invitation is sent via the email address of the team member.
Tip: Teachers can send you an invitation directly from the "Imported from student tracking system" list. You create a new invitation for the other team members (management, IS'er, etc.).
Roll
Before sending the invitation, assign the team member a role :
- Managing board
- IB'er
- Team member : Subject teacher, teaching assistant, PE teacher, janitor, trainee, ICT employee
- Teacher : The teacher is automatically linked to your student tracking system so that he or she is directly linked to his or her groups. You select the right person from the list.
Tip: Is a teacher not in the list of teachers? Then check your student tracking system whether the person is correctly linked and whether it is synchronized with the Ziber team app.
Tip: You can also give the name "teacher" another label: Pedagogical employee, Trainer or Group leader.
Send invitation
After sending the invitation, the team member will receive an email in his/her mailbox with an activation link .
Invited
If the person has not yet accepted the link, it will be listed under invited . When you click on the delete icon, the invitation will be revoked (the team member will receive an email that the invitation has been revoked).
Active team members
When the team member clicks on the activation link in the email, he or she can accept the invitation and gain access to the Ziber team app. The person now appears under active team members .
Profile
Below the button you will see the details of the team member.
Personal information
You can see which language the person has set, whether he/she has enabled his/her topics, the e-mail address and the telephone number (if shared).
Roll
You can add multiple roles to the profile, remove a role or change the label for a teacher.
Groups
You can see which groups the team member is linked to, these can be imported groups or custom groups.
Kwieb parent app
You can see which data of the team member is shared with the parents in the Kwieb parent app.
Administrator
Optionally, you can make a team member an admin.
Account management: The team member can also invite team members and perform synchronizations.
Financial management: The team member can access the Ziber Pay settings and has access to Stripe.
Note: Financial management can only be enabled by Ziber.
