Contact a parent from Ziber Team
As a team member, you can contact a parent from Ziber Team by phone, through a Topic or by email.

Find a parent's contact options in Ziber Team
You contact a parent from their parent profile in Ziber Team. You open it through the student the parent is linked to.
- Go to Settings → Student management.
- Open the student's profile.
- Tap the linked parent.
The parent profile shows the ways you can reach this parent: Call, Start Topic and E-mail. An option is hidden when the parent hasn't provided that information.
Call a parent anonymously from Ziber Team
In Ziber Team, you can call a parent from your own phone without them seeing your phone number.
- Open the parent's profile.
- Tap Call.
- Choose Anonymous. To call from your own number, choose Not anonymous.
With an anonymous call, Ziber Team generates an anonymous number for the call. The parent doesn't see your own number.
Note: You can only call a parent who has entered a phone number in their Kwieb profile.
Start a Topic with a parent from Ziber Team
A Topic is a chat conversation in Ziber Team and Kwieb about one subject. You and the parent can both send attachments in it. To start one, tap Start Topic in the parent's profile.
Email a parent from Ziber Team
You can email a parent at the address they used to create their Kwieb account. Tap E-mail in the parent's profile.
