Block a time slot or set a break in the appointment planner

As a teacher, you can block a time slot in a Ziber Team appointment planner or set it as a break, so parents can't book it in Kwieb.

Block a time slot or set a break

You can block time slots in an appointment planner right after you create it, or at any time later. Parents can't choose a blocked time slot in Kwieb.

1. In Ziber Team, go to the overview of appointment planners.
2. Next to the appointment planner, click Timeslots.
3. Click the three-dot icon next to the time slot.
4. Set the time slot to Block / pause.
5. Click Save.

Block a time slot that parents already booked

You can also block a time slot that parents have already booked. Ziber Team shows a warning before you save the change.

Note: Blocking a booked time slot cancels that appointment. When you save, the parents automatically receive an email saying the appointment is cancelled. The email goes to the address set in their Kwieb account.
