Assign a student to an appointment planner time slot
As a teacher, you can assign a student or a specific parent to a time slot in a Ziber Team appointment planner yourself, instead of waiting for parents to choose one.
Assign a student or parent to a time slot
You assign time slots from the Timeslots screen of your appointment planner in Ziber Team. You can do this at any time, also after parents have started booking.
- Go to your appointment planner in Ziber Team and click Timeslots.
- Click the three-dot icon next to the time slot.
- In the search field, type the name of the student or parent.
- Select the student or one of the parents.
The student or parent is added to the Registered list of that time slot. Parents can no longer choose this time slot in Kwieb. The parents you assigned receive a push notification or email, depending on their notification settings.
Assign one student to several time slots
In a Ziber Team appointment planner, you can assign the same student to more than one time slot. Use this to plan a longer conversation, or to meet the student's parents at two different moments. Repeat the steps above for each time slot.
Meet only one specific parent
When you select a student as an invitee, the appointment planner invites all parents linked to that student. To meet only one parent, assign that parent to a time slot instead of the student.
Remove a student or parent from a time slot
You can undo an assignment in the appointment planner at any time.
- Go to your appointment planner in Ziber Team and click Timeslots.
- Click the three-dot icon next to the time slot.
- Click the red delete icon next to the student or parent.
