Move Ziber admin emails to a folder automatically

As an administrator in Ziber Team, you receive an email for every absence and profile change. You can have your email program move these emails to a separate folder automatically. They always come from noreply@ziber.eu.

Move Ziber admin emails to a folder in Outlook on the web

In Outlook on the web, a rule moves every email from noreply@ziber.eu to a folder you choose. Create the folder first, for example "Ziber" or "Absences".

1. Go to Outlook on the web and sign in.
2. Click the gear icon in the top right and choose View all Outlook settings.
3. Go to Mail → Rules.
4. Click Add new rule.
5. Enter a name, for example "Ziber notifications".
6. Under Add a condition, choose From and enter noreply@ziber.eu. You can also filter on words in the subject line instead, for example to move only absence emails.
7. Under Add an action, choose Move to and select your folder.
8. To also move emails you already received, select Run rule now.
9. Click Save.

Move Ziber admin emails to a folder in Apple Mail

In Apple Mail on a Mac, a rule moves every email from noreply@ziber.eu to a mailbox you choose. Create the mailbox first, for example "Ziber" or "Absences".

1. Open Mail on your Mac.
2. Go to Mail → Settings → Rules.
3. Click Add Rule.
4. Set the condition to From contains noreply@ziber.eu.
5. Set the action to Move Message and select your mailbox.
6. Click OK.
7. To also move emails you already received, click Apply when Mail asks whether to apply the rule to existing messages.

Collect emails from several senders in one folder

To move emails from more than one sender to the same folder, create a rule for each sender or add several conditions to one rule.
