Overview appointment planners
Under the 'Appointment Planners' button you will find all the appointment planners that have been created and planned by you or your fellow teachers. You can follow the progress of the appointments in the status bars.
When the appointments have started, you can print a list with an overview of the time slots.
Current and archived appointment planners
When an appointment planner's calls are completed, i.e. when the last appointment has taken place, the appointment planner is automatically moved to the archive . By default, you only see the current appointments. You can click on 'archive' to make the old appointment planners visible:
