Assign a timeslot to a student

As a teacher, you can take over control at any time with a conversation planner. For example, you can assign a child to a time slot yourself. You can even assign a child to multiple time slots, for example to be able to talk to the parents for longer. Or talk to the parents of the same child at two different times.

Go to your call scheduler in Ziber Team and click 'Assign':

Here you get an overview of all the days/timeslots you have created:

To assign a timeslot to a specific student, tap the desired timeslot and choose 'Assign to'. There you choose the desired student:

Once you've saved the change, parents are automatically notified of the time slot you've scheduled them in - via push or email notification (depending on settings).

On the blue line to the left of the time slot you can see that a time slot has been assigned. This time slot can no longer be selected by parents in Kwieb:

Tip: You can assign multiple timeslots to the same student. This allows you to reserve a longer period of time for a student.
