Wo finden Sie Ihre Dokumente?
Dokumente, die Ihre Kinderbetreuungseinrichtung mit Ihnen teilt, finden Sie auf der Profilseite der Einrichtung in Kwieb.
- Öffnen Sie Kwieb.
- Tippe oben links auf deinen Avatar.
- Tippen Sie unter „Standorte“ auf die Organisation, die Sie anzeigen möchten.
- Scrollen Sie nach unten zu „Dokumente“.
Dokumente sind nach Kategorien gruppiert. Tippen Sie auf eine Kategorie, um sie aufzuklappen. Für jede Kategorie werden die Anzahl der Dokumente und das Datum des neuesten Dokuments angezeigt.
Welche Dokumentkategorien gibt es?
Je nachdem, welche Inhalte Ihre Organisation teilt, werden Ihnen diese Kategorien angezeigt:

The file downloads automatically. Invoices, annual statements, agreements and annual budgets are PDF files. Other documents can be in other formats — the file type is shown next to the document name.
What do the status labels mean?
Some documents have a colored status label next to their name:

|---|---|
| Paid (green) | The invoice has been paid |
| Outstanding (orange) | The invoice has not been paid yet |
| Accepted (green) | The document has been accepted |
| Rejected (red) | The document has been rejected |
| Open (orange) | The document is awaiting review |
No documents showing?
If you see the message "No downloads found", your organization hasn't shared any documents with you through Kwieb yet. Contact your childcare organization if you expect documents here.
Frequently asked questions
Can I see documents for all my children?
Documents are shown per organization. If your children attend the same organization, all documents are in one place. For children at different organizations, tap your avatar and then each organization under Locations to view their documents.
What if a document won't download?
Check your internet connection and try again. If the problem persists, contact your childcare organization — they can check whether the document is available in their system.
