Adjust Stripe account number

You can change the bank account that your Stripe payouts go to directly in Ziber Team. You no longer need to open the Stripe dashboard. It takes about two minutes.

Before you start

You need the finance role or the admin role in Ziber Team. Keep your phone at hand: Stripe sends you a text message with a code to confirm the change.

Change your bank account step by step

1. Log in to Ziber Team.
2. Open the Stripe page. Click the cog wheel at the top right and choose Ziber Pay. The page shows your balance and a row of tabs.
3. Click the Account tab. Your Stripe account details appear on the page.
4. Edit your bank account. Find the section with your payout details and choose to change the bank account. Enter the new IBAN.
5. Confirm with the code from Stripe. A Stripe window opens and asks you to verify yourself. You receive a text message with a code. Enter the code in the window.
6. Save the change. Your new bank account is now used for all following payouts.

Good to know

• Payouts are automatic, every Monday. Changing your bank account doesn't change this schedule.
• Don't see the Account tab? Your Stripe account is probably not Activated yet. Finish the setup first.
