Stripe payouts
Stripe pays out your balance to your bank account automatically, every Monday. In Ziber Team you can see every payout and which payments it consists of.
Your first payout can take longer
For a new Stripe account, Stripe holds the first payout for a waiting period. This is usually 7 days, and for some types of organisations up to 14 days. Stripe does this to limit risk, and neither Stripe nor Ziber can shorten it. After that, payouts follow the normal schedule.
Changes to your bank account only take effect after this waiting period. A payout can also arrive a day or two later because of weekends or bank holidays. Read more on Stripe's page about the first payout.
Still no payout after the waiting period? Check the Account tab for a notice that Stripe needs more information, and check that the right bank account is linked.

Good to know
